Load-Master
The Load-Master is a robot designed to avoid personnel working on cargo deck and unmanned platforms under lifting operations.
Load-Master – Technical features:
- Funnel and hook shape based on 100s of successful full-scale tests on mock-up prototype.
- Glass-fiber Reinforced Plastic outer shell supported by a steel frame. The funnel has stainless steel wear plates.
- Batteries are positioned between belt for very low center of gravity.
- ATEX Zone 2 compliant electrical and control system
Remote Hook – Technical features:
- May be connected to crane control system
- Radio-remote controlled open and close.
- Hydraulic power is harvested when hook is tensioned and the energy is stored in a hydraulic accumulator.
- The mechanical linkages ensure that the hook cannot be opened by an external force.
- ATEX Zone 1 or 2 compliant electrical and control system. Compact encapsulated electronic card and ATEX approved battery.
HMI – Control from anywhere:
- Wifi and/or 4G remote control and camera feed-back to enable control from anywhere. May also be tied into
- crane control and communication.
- SSL encrypted communication between controller (on Load-Master) and Master Controller (Onshore).
- The camera feed from several cameras are combined to have automatic side-view.
- Ultrasonic anti-collision sensors .
- All relevant information displayed on screen or VR headset, such as battery status, hydraulic oil pressures, proximity to objects and warnings.
The Load-Master is patent pending.

Condensing Unit
JL Marine Condensing Units are designed for Marine/Offshore HVAC system incorporating high quality components for harsh Marine Seagoing and Offshore environment.
This unit is built up on a skid frame and composed of compressor block, electrical motor, oil separator, condenser cooler and drier. etc. as a compact, robust unit with all electrical and inter piping are fully connected for easy site installation and thus reducing substantial site work.
The compressors are world renowned brand like “Bitzer”, “Carrier”, or “Bock”, it operates either seawater or fresh water cooled shell and tube heat exchanger, or remote Air Cooled.
JL Marine Provision condensing Unit are designed exclusively for marine / offshore provision store by using fresh/sea water cooled or air cooled condensers with 2 X 100% capacity compressors and condensers, one operating on both chilled and freezing room, one as standby.

SUB-FLEX™ Cable Protection Systems
Subsea Energy Solutions have patented a dynamic vertebrae bend restrictor known as SUBFLEX™. SUBFLEX™ Cable Protection Systems is a split bend restrictor that functions like a continuous bend stiffener and can be retro-fit to any subsea cable or risers.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Location: Installation onto any risers underneath FPSO vessel hulls. SUBFLEX™ Cable Protection Systems can also be utilised on any cables, umbilical’s or flying leads within free span locations.
Development: Sought industry advice and took into consideration requirements such as purchase cost, rapid offshore assembly, rapid installation, elimination of maintenance requirements and standardisation of components.
Function: Requires an applied load / force to achieve product deflection, opposite to the function of Static Vertebrae Bend Restrictors Function : provides stiffness / stiction / resistance against applied loads / forces, therefore providing enhanced protection to the subsea asset.
Flexibility: Load / force resistance value can be easily adjusted. Clients can select identical (homogeneous) elements or similar (non-homogeneous) elements throughout the assembly, therefore designing the product to specifically suit the dynamic sea state condition underneath any specific FPSO hull.
Strength: Offers standard assembly length of approx. 6 mtrs, bending moments in excess of > 500 kNm (50 Te / mtr) and shear capacity in excess of > 500 kN (50Te).

- Provides significantly increased levels of bending, shear and fatigue protection to tied-in / connected-up, risers, cables, umbilical’s, against dynamic topside deployments, subsea installations and dynamic sea-state’s.

Corrosion – UV-C Cooler
Environment-friendly Maritime Antifouling Solutions
Corrosion has combined two existing technologies: UV-C light technology as a superb technology to prevent fouling and pillow plate technology to provide high-efficient cooling. This has resulted in tailor-made UV-C box coolers.
UV-C technology provides full environmental box cooler fouling protection, even with stagnant water in the box cooler sea chest.
The UV-C cooler can be used for both retrofit and new building. For retrofit, the UV-C cooler is designed to be backwards compatible to the existing box cooler, where for newbuilding, the cooler is custom designed to meet the specifications.
Corrosion also provides Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP).
