Subsea Check Valves
Based on more than 25 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, TP-Products has designed a Check Valve for control of flow lines during pigging operations.
The valves may be installed in series to form a double barrier, and is manufactured and tested according to ISO 10423/API 6A.
Nominal size: 1”, 2” and 3”
Standard Pressure Classes: 75 bar, 345 bar and 375 bar
Standard Crack Open Pressure: 1-2 bar, 3 bar and 5-6 bar (custom crack open pressure upon request)
Interface: Threaded – several options available, or flanged (to fit directly on our Subsea Ball Valve)
Materials: Super Duplex or AISI 316
