Ace Ratchet Collar (ARC)
The Ace Ratchet Collar (ARC) is a patented tool that reliably anchors accesories to casing without a complex installation process or tool with troublesome set screws.
The 2-piece design is press-fit together to secure the collar to the casing off-line. The ARC permanently locks together to deliver extremely high holding force under all operating conditions without affecting drift, and can be used with any 3rd party centralizer or casing accessory.
The ARC can be taken drectly from the shelf and installed onto any size and grade API pipe in yield strenghts up to 140kse.
The ARC is available in standard, slim & ultra-slim models, and is manufactured from 4140 steel or chrome materials. Non-standard sizes or materials are available upon request.
