Sales Executive – Shipyards & Shipowners

The Sales Executive – Shipyards & Shipowners supports M&O’s commercial growth by representing supplier products and solutions to shipyards and shipowners in the maritime and offshore sectors, with a focus on shipbuilding, conversion, and vessel maintenance projects.

Reporting to the Director of Sales – Marine & Offshore, this role combines business development, client relationship management, and technical-commercial positioning. It involves direct engagement with shipyards, vessel owners, and technical teams to identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and deliver value-based proposals.

The position also contributes to sales strategy through market intelligence, competitive analysis, CRM reporting, and close collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. It requires solid B2B sales experience, an understanding of marine systems, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Sales Executive – FPSO & Energy

The Sales Executive – FPSO & Energy supports M&O’s growth by representing supplier solutions within the FPSO and offshore energy sectors, with a focus on new business development, lead conversion, and full sales cycle management.

Reporting to the Director of Sales – FPSO & Energy, the role involves direct engagement with EPCs, asset operators, and key industry stakeholders, delivering technical insight and value-driven proposals aligned with client needs.

The position also contributes to sales strategy through market intelligence, competitive analysis, CRM reporting, and close collaboration with internal teams. Strong B2B technical sales experience is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and the FPSO and offshore energy value chain.

Category Lead – Accommodation Solutions

The Category Lead for Accommodation Solutions is responsible for driving business growth in the maritime and offshore sectors by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets for accommodation solutions such as flooring, lighting, doors, and windows for ships and platforms.

The role focuses on business development with suppliers and established Brazilian end customers, combining strong commercial leadership with technical knowledge of accommodation systems.

Based in Rio de Janeiro, this position requires solid industry experience, fluency in English, and the ability to collaborate across sales, supply chain, and technical interfaces, while contributing strategically to the expansion of M&O’s presence in the global energy and maritime markets.

Category Lead – Insulation & Coating

The Category Lead for Insulation & Coating supports sales growth in the maritime and offshore sectors by assisting in client relationship management, sales pipeline development, and market expansion in Brazil, while working closely with senior team members on commercial strategies.

The role combines commercial and technical responsibilities, providing advisory support on insulation and coating solutions, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining CRM and reporting activities.

Located in Rio de Janeiro, this role suits an early-career professional with relevant industry experience, strong technical curiosity, fluent English skills, and a proactive attitude to develop within a dynamic, international environment.

Category Sales Lead – Drilling & Well

M&O is looking for a highly motivated Category Sales Lead for Drilling & Well to drive growth across energy sector projects by acting as the technical and commercial interface between the company, its global suppliers, and energy operators.

This role leads drilling, well, and subsea-related projects, represents M&O in customer engagements, supports opportunity development and deal execution, and leverages strong industry networks to identify and capture new business.

The ideal candidate brings recent hands-on experience from a major oilfield service company, a solid engineering background or equivalent technical experience, strong technical knowledge of drilling, well, and subsea solutions, proven commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and fluency in English, with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic, project-driven environments.

Jr Recruiter

M&O is seeking a Jr Recruiter to lead specialized recruitment efforts within the Oil & Gas and Offshore industries. This strategic and analytical role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, commercial, and strategic positions, actively sourcing talent, conducting interviews and assessments, and partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

The Recruiter will contribute directly to clients’ growth and expansion in Brazil and internationally, leveraging data-driven recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in dynamic, high-demand environments.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of recruitment experience preferably in the Oil & Gas, Offshore, Energy, or Industrial sectors, holds a completed higher education degree, is fluent in English, and has strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, stakeholder management, and results-driven recruitment metrics.
