M&O’s Social Impact Initiatives Supporting Youth Education and Sustainability in Brazil

During 2025, M&O chose to look beyond the market and direct its resources toward initiatives that create positive social impact. The company supported young people in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo through partnerships with Dream Learn Work and Children At Risk Foundation.

Children At Risk Foundation

Children At Risk Foundation (CARF) is a foundation dedicated to helping children at risk in the slum areas of São Paulo, Brazil. Funded by Brazil’s main cultural incentive law, M&O supported CARF in offering music education to promote personal development, self-esteem, and positive community impact through support from socially engaged companies.

Dream Learn Work

Dream Learn Work is a non-profit organization founded by representatives of Norwegian companies and has been active in Rio de Janeiro since 2008. With its focus on education as the key to social transformation, Dream Learn Work provides young people in vulnerable situations with opportunities for a better future through professional and educational development.

In addition to providing the Dream Learn Work physical workspace, M&O also participated this year in a beach clean-up initiative, collecting and sending 134 kg of waste for recycling.

Beyond its environmental impact, the activity created meaningful moments of exchange with the young participants and encouraged reflection on the importance of individual responsibility in building a more sustainable future.
