As part of its market entry, Ocean Installer partnered with M&O as its local advisor to support the full establishment of its Brazilian entity. M&O has provided end-to-end support throughout the process, including company formation, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and guidance on local employment and tax frameworks. In addition, M&O supported the recruitment process, including detailed cost modeling of local hiring, ensuring alignment with the Brazilian market and enabling a strong initial team setup.
