M&O provides M&A advisory to K. Lund in Imenco acquisition.
M&O Partners acted as a Sell-Side advisor for Norwegian K. Lund Offshore AS in the sale of its Brazilian subsidiary (K. Lund do Brasil) to Norwegian Imenco AS.
K. Lund do Brasil was established in 2005 and has a strong market position in servicing and leasing of lifting and handling equipment to the offshore energy industry, as well as on- and offshore service personnel.
Imenco is a leading provider of innovative engineering solutions for the global offshore, marine, and renewable energy sectors, and has acquired K Lund do Brasil to expand its footprint in Brazil. And as stated by Geir Egil Østebøvik, Chairman of Imenco “will enable us to further develop our capabilities in Brazil, as well as provide us with additional resources to support the growing demand for our products and services.”
