M&O provides M&A advisory to H Tech in strategic transaction with Remazel Engineering.
M&O acted as sell-side advisor to H Tech Serviços e Manutenção Ltda., a Brazilian engineering company specialized in offshore asset integrity services, in its transaction with Remazel Engineering.
Headquartered in Rio das Ostras, Brazil, H Tech provides inspection, maintenance, and repair services for offshore cranes and lifting equipment.
Remazel Engineering, part of the Fincantieri Group, is a global provider of advanced engineering solutions and equipment for the offshore, subsea, and energy industries. Through this transaction, Remazel strengthens its strategic presence in Brazil and expands its service capabilities in one of the world’s most important offshore markets. The transaction involves Remazel’s Brazilian subsidiary, Remazel Serviços de Sistemas de Óleo & Gás Ltda, which entered into the partnership with H Tech.
