Toolserv’s Drag Reducing Swivels allow the drill pipe or landing string to rotate while keeping the liner, completion, or washpipe stationary, maintaining a pressure-tight seal for fluids throughout the operation.
The DRS-M features a single-state mechanical design that rotates to the right and locks to the left. The DRS-H rotates freely in both directions and includes a hydraulic locking feature for both right and left rotation. The DRS-ATL is a unique torque-transferring swivel that enables safe full-string rotation and automatically swivels or clutches at a pre-set torque limit to help prevent damage caused by over-torque.
