New shareholder of Ulstein Belga Marine
As of August 2018, M&O Partners will enter as a new shareholder of Ulstein Belga Marine, forming a strategic Joint Venture partnership with Ulstein Group in Brazil.
Ulstein Belga Marine has been managed by M&O Partners since 2016. Since then, Anderson Derossi has been in charge as Managing Director of Ulstein Belga Marine in Brazil.
Anderson Derossi will remain in his position and he is committed to continue the development of Ulstein Belga Marine, focusing on growth as the maritime industry in Brazil recovers.
The new situation will strengthen Ulstein Belga Marine, as it will be leveraging on M&O’s knowledge and experience in Sales, administration and operation.
Ulstein Belga Marine will continue as an independent entity with its own highly specialized employees, and the Company will further benefit from M&O’s large network within the maritime industry.
In order to support and reinforce the benefits of the Joint Venture, Ulstein Belga Marine and its employees will be co-located with M&O Partners in its Rio de Janeiro office at Manhatten Tower at Avenida Rio Branco 89.
