New opportunities for Suppliers

Brazil’s Oil & Gas industry is starting to recover and move forward. The government is focused on creating new reforms that will attract massive investment and jump-start the Brazilian economy. Companies such as Statoil and Total are boosting their footprint in Brazil and showing willingness to invest even more.

The recent positive signals that we have seen in the Brazilian market are bringing new opportunities for industry suppliers, and M&O has prepared itself for the turn-around by strengthening our Sales & Marketing team in Brazil.

New Team Members

We are happy to announce that we have added new members to the Sales & Marketing team in Brazil. This month we have been joined by Paula Rodrigues and Brunna Festa, who are entering the team to assist in technical sales activities. Paula and Brunna will be adding value to the M&O team with their technical skills and commercial awareness to advise and support on a range of products.

We would also like to take the opportunity to introduce our new Inside Sales Assistant, Rayane Magalhães, who is responsible for all CRCC Petrobras registration processes. She also provides support on systems and sales tool and other administrative tasks within Sales & Marketing.

The expansion of the team adds technical and managerial strengths to our organization, and means that we can represent our clients in a more competitive way, conduct more one-to-one sales meetings and continue to be able to provide clients with the best opportunities in Brazil.

Industry Events & Networking

M&O will continue to be present at the main industry events in Brazil in order to promote our partners’ products and services, make intense networking and meet with the biggest buyers in the industry.

The next upcoming trade show is Brasil Offshore Conference & Exhibition, taking place in Macaé (Rio de Janeiro) from June 20-23. The focus of the event this year is “The Future of the Campos Basin: New Developments and Opportunities”.

At Brasil Offshore we expect to meet with the most important Offshore Oil & Gas industry professionals from a number of key sectors, such as oil companies, construction and engineering firms and drilling.

The Future

We are looking forward to seeing a new, positive and improved scenario in Brazil, and the whole M&O team is very excited for the future and committed to delivering valuable results to all of our clients in Brazil.
